In School Bowling Program
Town & Country offers an In School Bowling program. This program provides training materials and bowling equipment to local schools to be used during their Physical Education classes. The classes will be held at their school and everyone particpates.
The Bowler’s Ed/In-School Bowling program is a fantastic addition to your current PE curriculum and can be implemented with no development, financial, or time cost to you. My bowling center, Town and Country Lanes, will fund a set of portable bowling equipment that will be loaned to your school for the duration of the bowling unit. Lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes and ‘fitness’ activities are also provided as part of the curriculum. All of these materials and services are provided at no cost because we think it is very important to bring bowling into your PE program along with other sports.
Bowling is a great sport and offers benefits ranging from math and spelling skills, to improvement of eye to hand coordination. In addition, it is a sport that all youth can compete in regardless of size, weight, strength, or speed.
These are just a few of the reasons that I am so excited about this to your school. Call Kenton McKnight at 580-482-6614 for details.
